You must submit an application each time you apply for a position.  If an application is not received by 11:59 p.m. on the closing date, we will assume you’re no longer interested in the position.  Please submit an application and a resume if needed, any additional information should be submitted if you receive an interview (e.g., references, letters of awards, reports etc.) unless requested.

NOTE:   Employment with the DeKalb County Board of Health is not complete or official until applicants meet all pre-employment requirements.  If this position requires a college degree and you are selected for an interview, you will be required to submit official transcripts to the Human Resources Department prior to an official offer of employment.  An FBI Fingerprint Criminal Records Investigation Is Required.
